Sunforson, a leading provider of high-quality roofing and solar mounting accessories, today announced the launch of its upgraded double-end threaded stud fastening system, specifically designed for wave-shaped steel roofing installations.
The new product line addresses a common industry challenge: the need for secure, corrosion-resistant attachments across different substructure materials. For timber purlins, Sunforson offers wood-thread studs that feature aggressive threading for superior grip and pull-out resistance. For steel purlins, the company provides drill-tail studs with self-drilling points that enable quick, tool-efficient penetration without pre-drilling. The drill-tail versions are available with a minimum order quantity to ensure production efficiency and quality control.
To complement the studs, Sunforson has engineered L-feet brackets with M10 oversized holes, allowing for thermal movement compensation and easier alignment during installation. All components are manufactured from SS304 stainless steel, ensuring long-term durability and excellent resistance to corrosion in harsh environmental conditions.
“This system reflects our commitment to practical innovation,” said a company spokesperson. “We listened to installers and designed a complete, compatible solution that simplifies roofing attachment while maintaining the highest safety standards.”
