1. Does the screw hole leak after installation?
No. Each L-foot and clamp comes with a pre-attached EPDM rubber pad. When tightened, it fully seals the hole – no extra sealant needed. 96h salt spray test confirms no rust.

Yes. The system is 30% pre-assembled (screws already installed), and parts are packed by type in labeled boxes. With our clear installation drawings, a general crew can install it quickly.
3. What roof profiles does this mounting work on?
It works on all corrugated metal roofs – trapezoidal, sinusoidal, standing seam, etc. Custom rail lengths available for different purlin spacings.
4. How strong is the structure in high wind?
